This was our first cook in the Party. It is loaded with one 12lb. brisket, 3 racks loin back ribs, 2 racks beef ribs, 2 whole chickens, 1 sausage, and one pan potatoe surprise. One of the partys six racks was ununsed and left out. Lots of room!
