The final new addition to our official cooker lineup for 2007! The Piglet unit is basically two party units side by side. The door to the cooker lifts up via two pneumatic pumps. Built to fill our customers request for more capacity, the Piglet was created with cooking whole pork shoulders in mind. This cooker is built with competitions in mind, especially Memphis in May competition.
