Maybe because your screenname says your are from Germantown, TN.

I'm just North of Memphis. What part of town are you going to be in. I've tried 99% of the BBQ restaurants in a 50 mile radius. A lot of good ones in their own ways. Lately, I seem to eat Central or Interstate, if I'm in Memphis and want BBQ. Still enjoy a sandwhich from Topps every now and then. When I lived in Midtown, I ate the BBQ Shop a lot. Leonard's is pretty good too, I'm just never out that way.
