Pro question

I have a fatboy that I am trying to make friends with. My question is about the Pro. How do these two compare as far as ease of use, temp control, flavor, even temps etc. I am thinking about something that is big enough to do half dozen shoulders in at a time.

Hi Charles. You will have a bit of difference in temp from top to bottom (about like the competitor), but everything else will be the same. Are you having problems with the Fatboy? Mike.

Nope, no problems, I think it is great! I am just thinking about a larger one because of the way some of the cookoffs are structured here in SC you need to do shoulders.
