We are Fred and Anna Smith from Hot Springs, AR. We are Adding the first BWS to the arsenal. It will be our first experience with a Backwoods and we are looking forward to it. We have been cooking on an Ole Hickory, but we decided to go to smaller cookers and trailer. We look forward to meeting many of you on the competition circuit.
