Wanted - Chubby or Party - IA, MN, MO

Looking for a decent chubby or party. I am near near north central Iowa but would be willing to do some reasonable driving or possibly meet. Not looking to compete at this point but really want something to get started on. I am hoping to stay under $1000.

One of the ways to find a BWS is to search on Craig's list, that is how I found my Chubby.
