New owner of the Chubby

Welcome to the forum Steve. You are going to love your Chubby. If you haven't done it go to Harbor Freight and get you some casters for your Chubby. It will make it a whole lot easier to move around.

Search is your friend on this site. There is a tremendous amount of knowledge in the posts already here and the family of smokers that we have as members. As your primer do a search for any posts by Old Dave and read them. He is our "Dean of Smokers". If you still have questions ask away.

Did you get any options on your Chubby? One of the options that really improves your cooks is the heat diverter, it really should be standard equipment for all of the BWS smokers.

Went to harbor freight and looked at some carts but decided to buy some casters and making myself a cart for some height and mobility. Oh buy the way I'm 6ft 5in. Tall so I need some more height on that bad boy.
