I am a very happy cooker, this smoker is amazing!! I would really have to put forth a great effort to acheive this in one try on my Brinkman Cimmaron off set smoker!!

Well,

I can see this place is going to be a lot of fun! As this is only my second post and I need to be upfront, I find humor in most everything BBQ so please bear wit me! Great food and a good laugh seems to get me through life with a big smile, like the one on Ronnies face after he devoured those ribs! Boy talk about pickin the wrong time to look at his post after I just had a banana and an apple for breakfast.

I to just took delivery of my new Party last Thursday and to say I'm impressed after just one cook is a major understatement! I simply can't believe how much better cook Backwoods made me, and to think just a year ago I was cooking on a rock well it wasn't that bad but it was close. Fred Flintstone was my next door neighbor
