I AM SELLING A USED PROFESSIONAL SMOKER. IT WORKS GREAT AND LOOKES LIKE NEW. I USED IT DURING THE SUMMER ONLY.. IT IS ONLY ABOUT 8 MONTHS OLD. I HAVE 6 EXTRA SHELVES FOR IT SO YOU COULD COOK UPTO THIRTEEN SHELVES OF RIBS. ALSO WITH IT IS THE GURU. IT WORKS GREAT. I AM LOOKING TO GET 4000 FOR IT. BUYER WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING FROM NEW JERSEY.

What options does she come with. Water pan build in or removable

the water pan is built in. it is the standard unit. i had them weld in more racks so it holds 13 shelves. other then that is is the standard unit. thanks chris

Chris,
Do you still have the Professional for sale? If you do does it have the convection system and the gas burner? I see in previous posts that it has the extra shelves and the permanent water pan.
