My "new" bbq team, Never Choicey Porkers, cooked on my new Fatboy for the first time this past weekend. We are a "patio porker" team, but we wanted to cook with the big boys. I entered our team in the MIM Rib category, so we had to do our first ever on-site presentation.

Long story short, our team placed 9th out of 26 teams in our first ever big rib competition. We got perfect 10s from all 3 on-site judges. I give all the credit to the FATBOY!
