I still have a lot of cleanup and painting, but the cart is finished for now. The 10" pneumatic casters are from Harbor Freight at $12 per rigid and $14 per swivel.

Wow that cart looks GREAT! You put the carts we use to shame...

Whats the plan on mounting the Fatboy (bolting or welding)?

Thanks for the pics I can't wait to see it in action soon.

Used C channel for the smoker riser mount point, marked and drilled holes for bolts.

I will be rolling it out of my truck at Freeze-Q!

It's looking more and more like we may have a white Christmas down here in the Memphis area, which means you will most likely have one too. We want to see some more pics of your shop. It looks like you have all kind of man-toys in there. Is this the basement or your garage or both?

The previous pictures are at my buddies detached garage shop, but I would love some dedicated space like his.

Below are my spaces, either my wife's car space in the garage or the back patio. She is not a fan of parking outside when I hi-jack her parking space for a day or two, but it doesn't happen too often. By the way, it is better to ask for forgiveness then permission. :-)

Neither building this cart nor the snow stopped me from cooking

Finally painted my cart and filled the tires with slime

Fatboy finally at home ...

Fatboy cart next to my 22.5" WSM for additional scale. It is very easy to roll around the patio and through the grass (or snow).
