FINALLY!!!!!!!!

Got my new Party yesterday!!!!! Seasoned it and got some ribs on and they turned out great. Will have to turn the temp down for sure those suckers got done in 2 1/2 at 250 and i am not use to that, but hey did turn out very good. Doing a long cook this weekend cant wait!

Welcome to the board. I would check your thermometer in boiling water, that is real fast for 250.
