Hello from Memphis!

Hello all! My name is Kevin and I am new to the forum but not new to the BBQ world. I have worked several Memphis BBQ Network events as a volunteer, including Memphis in May BBQ, for a few years and just this last year decided to cook on a team. My friend and head cook is a proud owner of a Pro Jr. and a Party, which we used in competition, and I fell in love with them both. I will soon be a proud owner of a Party myself and plan on using it around the area in various events as well as in the back yard. I am known for some amazing hot wings and cooking them in the Party this past MiM was a great experience. I must have one for myself! Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I can't wait to share future experiences with you all! Happy smoking, y'all!

Welcome to the forum Kevin. I'm in Cordova. Ditto on search being your friend. As a starter you should pull up all of "Old Dave's" posts and read them. After that check out his blog. If you can think of anything to "Q" Old Dave has cooked it and written about it.
