So did a few dry runs with my new Party to get ready for our big 4th of July party. I have decided that the cooker wants to cook at 250 so I am going to let it. I just adjusted my cook time Did 9 slabs of baby backs and my guests raved. They took home all the leftovers. I have to admit, they were pretty damned good. But hearing friends go on and on is pretty cool. Love my Party!!!!

The party is a great smoker, you are going to love it. Time to expand your experience and try some spatchcocked chicken, some butts and briskets.

That is why I ditched my cheapo smoker and went with the BWS. Next up is a pork butt, then a brisket
