3rd Annual Smokin in the Oaks, Penn Valley CA

I will be competing in this contest this weekend. Fairly small contest with about 30 teams. Looking to to improve on last weeks 4th overall!

Well, we were 6th overall with a 2nd in ribs and 10th in brisket. I wasn't happy with our turn ins, so 6th place was a pleasant surprise!
