Fire Bricks

Postby Over Dunn » Sun Sep 04, 2011 3:21 am

Saw where Old Dave used fire bricks on his 940X to get longer burn time for low/slow. Anybody ever tried this on a Chubby? I'm having hard time holding temps down and steady, using the IQ 110 Pitmaster. I usally cook at 225 wet, and 275 dry, well, try to cook at those temps. Don't have that trouble on my UDS, with the Pitmaster. :?: :?:
