Chicken on the BWS Chubby

After cooking a great Brisket the day before with some advice from Old Dave, I decided to try his recommendation on preparing some chicken using the Jumpin Jim's Method. I also could not have done it with my Guru buddy.. Set the meat temp to 180 and the pit temp to 270..

The chicken turned out great. Forgive my painting skills, too many bud lights... See Below.
